Here are some general guidelines for internet speed and streaming video:

• 10 Mbps: sufficient for 720p video

• 5 Mbps: sufficient for 480p video

I made an Early Bird purchase, why are they asking me to pay again?

-You need to go back to your confirmation email and find the ticket number.  Then, on the site, where it says, “already have a ticket?” Enter your ticket number and you will be brought directly to the event.

I missed the division/competitor I wanted to watch!

-The Official LIVESTREAM schedule of events is listed here.  VirtuNova Media is not responsible for show delays or schedule changes or internet system goes down.  Please be mindful of your time zone. Livestream is happening EST, and will not be delayed or replayed for those outside this time zone. We have a “No Refund” policy. 

Can I rewind or fast forward while watching the show?

No, you cannot rewind or fast forward the show. We only offer a LIVE stream, which functions just like attending the event in person—once a moment passes, it's gone. There is no playback or skipping ahead available during the live stream.

I missed the show and want to watch, can I see the replay?

-There is no replay available for the for this show. 

How long can I watch the videos?

-All live stream shows will expire at the end of the show, the same day.

What happens if the livestream goes down or buffers during the event?

-While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth, high-quality stream, technical issues can occasionally happen—especially during high-demand events. Just like major platforms such as Netflix experienced during the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight, or even Super Bowl LIX, livestream interruptions can occur due to internet traffic overload or platform strain.

Please note: We are not responsible for any outages, interruptions, or delays in the stream caused by circumstances beyond our control, including service provider issues, high traffic volume, or user-side internet problems.

We recommend:

• Refreshing your browser or app if the stream pauses

• Ensuring a strong internet connection

• Avoiding public/shared Wi-Fi when possible
